Please supply full names of all guests, postal address and telephone number.
We will confirm accommodation booking via email once deposit has been received. Please confirm if transfers and car hire will be required.
Payment Terms/Deposits
Deposit
A payment of 25% of your total booking cost secures your booking. This must be received by us within 7 days of booking.
Balance
The booking balance is to be received by us 8 weeks before arrival.
Payments
Can be made by credit card (please add 3% handling charge) or debit card, cash or UK cheque/transfer paid into our UK bank account (account details sent via email on request). Please note we do not accept Travellers cheques.
If you wish to pay via Credit/debit card we will send you a secure booking form via email. If you wish to pay by cheque/money transfer into our UK bank account we will provide bank details via email.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit payments are non refundable in all cases and conditions. Deposits have to be paid within 7 days of booking in order to secure provisional booking. Delay in payment may cause cancellation.
Any notifications of delays/changes to guests booking accommodation must be brought to the General Managers attention as soon as possible to avoid further charges or cancellation of booking incurring loss of deposit.
Check in requirements
All guests on check in must provide reception with a valid passport/identity matching their original booking details. We will also require Credit/Debit card details.
Our Location and how to get here
We are situated 10 km West of Girne/Kyrenia, 300m from Ilgaz village, 3 km to the nearest beaches and 15km from Korineum Golf Club.
The following airlines fly to Ercan Airport in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, from various airports in the UK (with a 45 minute stopover in Turkey).
